SIGNATURE ASSIGNMENT:
Signature assignment is a formal academic paper on a topic of the
student’s choice, as approved by the instructor. The paper can focus
on any topic covered in the class. The paper is expected to be 8 to 10
pages long (not including the title page, table of contents, references,
and any appendices). If you used the topic from the Case Assignment,
you will need to add to your paper, concepts learned between
modules 5 – 8. In other words, do not regurgitate what you already
wrote but provide depth–show me you can apply what you learned!
This assignment has four distinct parts: topic selection, outline, rough
draft, and final draft. Details of the assignment follow:
1. During the second week, you will select your proposed topic for
selection.
2. For Module 5, you will develop an annotated outline providing the
structure of the paper along with references you will be using in the
final paper.
3. In Module 8 the final paper is due. The paper should incorporate the
feedback received from the draft to maximize grade.
The paper must be APA formatted with a minimum of ten references
and eight to 10 page length.
