a change that you want to implement in your company. In addition to

this week’s required resources, locate a minimum of two professional

or scholarly resources to support your work.

In preparation for this assignment, review the Signature Assignment

requirements. You may be able to implement the concepts that you

create in this assignment for use as part of your final presentation.

Prepare a PowerPoint presentation to address your senior staff,

directors, managers, and supervisors. Include the following: Implementing change

and the reason for the change.

1 b.Are customers or other stakeholders complaining?
1 c.Are there inefficiencies in processes?
2.Describe the key takeaways, according to Wilson, and

supervisors should play to ensure the takeaways are addressed.
3.Compare Kotter’s and Lewin’s recommended change models.
4.Identify two other change models and explain the processes.
Choose one (or more) of the four models, and
4 a.defend the model(s) that you will use to implement the change
process successfully.
Length: 8-10 slides, not including the title slide and the references

Begin your presentation with a title slide that includes your name.

(Do not include the NCU coversheet for your PowerPoint presentation.)
Use plenty of white space on the slides.
Provide a few appropriate graphics to break up the text.
Use six bullets per slide or less.
Use Times New Roman, 28 or 32-point font.
Use the speaker’s notes area to include the information you want to

share with your audience. The speaker’s notes must be coordinated with

the information on the slides. Be sure to provide citations for your

sources. Speaker’s Notes Length: 150-200 words for each slide
Be creative. You can add audio to the presentation if you choose to do

so; however, it is not required.
Include references on your final slide(s).
Your presentation should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the

ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts

and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should

reflect professional business writing and current APA standards.
