Write a formal recommendation report based on the information in the document. A recommendation report answers the question “Which option or alternative should we choose?” or “Which are the best options/alternatives?”. In a compare/contrast pattern within the recommendation report, the focus is either on the options/alternatives themselves or on a set of criteria used to evaluate the options/alternatives. Another approach to the compare/contrast pattern is to focus on pros and cons. Review your textbook and the lecture for more details. For this assignment, focus on the pros and cons approach.

Your report should include the following components: title page, table of contents, executive summary, and body (report body includes introduction, body, conclusions, and recommendations), References. Use 1″ margins on all sides and single space. Follow the format of Figure 19.7 (page 609-621). The body of your report should be three to five pages. Include all components in one document.
