 Case Study, Part 1: Diagnosis (20 percent)

From the comprehensive case study presented, you are to review the case carefully and identify what you think are the key problems and challenges facing this organization. Follow the steps outlined in the diagnostic model below:

Required Elements to include following the Diagnostic Model:
Identify at least two data collection methods you would use to best gather information necessary to analyze the case. These can be interviews, surveys, focus groups, quantitative data, direct observation, etc. What are the advantages and potential disadvantages of each type of information-gathering method used in this particular case?
Based on the diagnostic tools/methods you selected, what are the key problems, challenges, opportunities, and issues you see that need to be addressed? You must identify at least three issues.
Next, group each issue, challenge, opportunity, and problem according to basic strategies to change outlined in chapter 7 of your text: structural, technological, or behavioral approaches.
Required Formatting of the Diagnostic Section:
This paper should be double spaced, 12-point font, and four to five pages in length excluding the title page and reference page.
Title page with your name, the course name, the name of the organization, the date, and instructor’s name.
Include reference page.
Use APA formatting for in-text citations and reference page.
Use a minimum of two references
You are expected to paraphrase and not use quotes. Deductions will be taken when quotes are used and found to be unnecessary.
