Introduction

The terrorist menace has been growing over the years globally with many countries being affected by the terrorist’s brutality.  One such group is the ISIS, and they have continued killing civilians and also foreigners. As time goes by ISIS seems to be extending its territorial power, and this shows that with time it will be a major threat to the world. Therefore, by deploying its combat troops in the war against ISIS, America will be protecting its citizens and also the world in general against the threat of ISIS. The US participation in the Iraqi war will also help the country to regain peace and thus to enable the Iraqi children to receive a proper education. Currently, children in Iraq cannot access quality education due to the destruction of learning institution and also the country as a whole. The US participation in the war will also help Iraq government to prevent the Sunnis from siding with the ISIS. Iraq is facing political instability, and this has affected its governance; therefore, it needs persistent and aggressive U.S engagement with the State in Baghdad.  The combat troops will also assist in the rapid end of the war, as they will have a faster ground access to the hiding areas of the ISIS. The combat troops are also more likely to reduce the killing of the civilians than the use of air strikes. In this case, the participation of the US in the war against ISIS will help protect the country and the world from the ISIS menace.

The debate on the deployment of the US combat troops to Iraq and Syria to fight ISIS has been going on for a long time. ISIS also known as Islamic state has continued holding vast areas of western Iraq and also Syria. The Islamic group started as a battle between two Iraqi’s communities, however, over the years it has erupted to become a volatile Islamic group threatening not only the Arab states but also the world.

The involvement of the combat troops in the fight against ISIS will assist in the stopping of the ISIS killings of both Iraqis and Syrian citizens and also foreigners.  ISIS poses a major threat to the international security as it is assumed to be more dangerous than Al-Qaeda. The ISIL has sought to erase the boundaries of Iraq and Syria and by doing this it has firmly asserted its negation of the Westphalia notion of the nation-state. The ISIS has also threatened to expand its boundaries to the entire Muslims-majority states. Therefore, it poses an enormous risk to other Islamic countries as it will continue spreading its ideologies. The Islamic militia group also threatens to lead a historical war between the West and Islam. It, therefore, shows that the threat of ISIS also affects the US and therefore, the American government should do its best to stop the group’s activities. The government can only achieve this by sending combat troops to Iraq and Syria to assist them in fighting the extremist group. The ISIS has also amassed enormous wealth and resources, larger than any other terrorist group in history.  The group has utilized its resources to expand its operation globally. 

The group has also come up its jihadist tradition by creating unclear religious claims by making questioning and indistinct reinterpretations of end-time forecast found in Hadeeth text.  Therefore, the group has apocalyptic, end-of-days deliberate visualizations that should be ended. ISIS has also been able to attract a huge number of devotees and converts globally. The group has been able to attract people from various races and religious association through the utilization of influential media crusade. According to research, the group has been able to attract more than twenty-thousand combatants from ninety States, and its force is superior to any other jihadists group worldwide. Some of the fighters that have joined the ISIS on the international platform are educated; some are engineers, physicians and also lawyers.  The group has also committed many killings of innocent civilians in both Syria and Iraq. The group has also killed various foreigners especially foreigners, and they should be dealt with to stop further killings  The statistics show the threat of the ISIS to the world, and therefore, the US should deploy combat troops to Iraq and Syria to help them in the fight against the extremist group. The forces should assist in stopping the group’s activities, and this can only happen if they work within Iraq. It will also allow the troops to stop their jihadist beliefs that include the killing of innocent civilians. 

America should also deploy combat forces to Iraq and Syria to fight ISIS so as they can help in bringing peace in the two countries. The war against ISIS has affected the countries’ education system, therefore, denying the children a proper education.  Most learning institutions have been destroyed and also most families have been displaced. The ISIS crisis has pushed the capacity of the Iraq and Syrian education system to its limit. According to research, about three hundred and twenty- five thousand of the two countries refugees are children under the age of eighteen years. Many of the school-aged children stay outside the education system.  Every child needs proper education, and therefore, through the deployment of combat troops America will assist the countries to gain their peace, thus allowing children to get an education. The displaced families will be able to return to their homes and start a new life. The ISIS has also imposed its education system, in which it is teaching Jihadist texts. The group is teaching jihadist poems to the younger generation and recruiting them to aid in their jihadist war.  By doing this, the group is affecting the young children’s understanding of real education.  The group is also assisting in developing a jihadist generation that will help it to impose its ideologies. The generation poses an enormous risk to the world as it will continue growing, thus, making it impossible to end its activities soon. Therefore, the America government should ensure that it helps in the fight against ISIS so as it can stop the group from spreading its Jihadist ideologies to the younger generation and allowing children to receive a proper education. 

The deployment of the US combat troops in the war against ISIS will also help the States in governing their citizens. The two countries are facing political stability, and this has highly affected their governance. For instance, by deploying the troops to Iraq America will help the state prevent the Sunnis from being lured by ISIS. Currently, the country is facing instability and therefore, it is hard for it to control its people and there is fear that the ISIS will lure some of the communities.  The ISIS is gaining influence in the country threatening to overpower the state’s control.  Therefore, the country needs the unrelenting and aggressive US commitment with the state in Baghdad. The US troops will be able to use aggressive tactics to weaken the ISIS group, and this can only be gained if they utilize combat troops.  The participation of the American troops will also strengthen the Sunnis, and it will be hard for the ISIS to take control of the community.  Initially, during the war against Al-Qaeda, the Iraq government did not keep the promise that they had given the Sunnis. However, the US can assist the State to fulfill its obligations by offering them military support.  With the support of the U.S, the state will be able to give Sunni a cut in the country’s economy and many other promises.

The combat troops will also assist in the rapid end of the war, as they will have a faster ground access to the hiding areas of the ISIS. ISIS is a radical and violent form of Islamic religion and therefore, the troops should be engaged from wherever they are hiding and driven away.  It will help in the fast eradication of the group and stop it devastating effects.  Some of the effects of the ISIS include the interference with the transportation paths which has hindered the food security in Iraq. For instance, some parts that have been affected by the ISIS issue include Nineveh and Salahaddin. The two governorates generate almost a third of Iraq’s wheat and nearly thirty-eight percent of its barley some of which feed KRI inhabitants. However, the ISIS has been capturing the produce, therefore, affecting the country’s food industry.  It has also affected the country’s agriculture industry as it is already dilapidated.  The decline of the country’s agriculture sector is also affected by the diminishing of the government contracts. The war on ISIS has also augmented the number of IDPs, and this has caused a decline in housing and shelter for the IDPS. The Sate and the humanitarian groups are finding it hard to cater for the vast number of refugees.  The crisis has also led to a major augmented in demand in the healthcare sector.  Currently, there is a lack of a budget augmentation, and this may negatively affect the burden of disease and other health results. For instance, the communities in KRI have been deprived of health expenditure due to the augmentation in population.  The people are also at high risk of contracting dangerous diseases due to the wanting environment. Therefore, by using ground troops, the US will be able to end the situation faster than anticipated.  The ISIS crisis has also negatively impacted the domestic energy demand and prices.  The electricity sector is highly funded by the government; however, the crisis has affected the government’s stability. 

The use of the combats troops will also reduce the killing of the innocent civilians caused by airstrikes. Many civilians killings have taken place due to the US airstrikes, for instance, in 2002 there was a murder of the civilians who had attended a wedding ceremony in Iraq.  Other civilian killings involving the airstrike lead by the US have also taken place near the Syrian border; the killings included innocent children and women. The findings show that the utilization of airstrikes is threatening the safety of the innocent civilians. On the other side, the ground troops will have a better access of the places that have been highly affected by the issue of ISIS, thus reducing the killing of innocent civilians. The troops will also be able to differentiate the civilians’ populated areas. The combat will also be able to protect the civilians from the enemies.

Their involvement in the fight against ISIS will assist in the stopping of the ISIS killings of both Iraqis and Syrian citizens and also foreigners.  ISIS is a fast growing violent group as it is recruiting people many people globally; hence, it is threatening the international security. Many killings of innocent civilians have been connected to the group. Therefore, the US should deal with it aggressively, it should also stop.  ISIS is also threatening education system in both Iraq and Syria, and, therefore, the US should change its tactics so as to stop the further devastation of the education system.  The troops will also help to a rapid end of the war as it seems to be devastating the countries’ economy. The use of the troops will also assist in strengthening the Sunnis anti-ISIS participation. The use of troops will also decrease the killing of innocent civilians caused by the utilization of air-strikes.
