Professor, this class was quite a challenge and extremely educational for me. I will definitely take away from this course the importance of any organization that has develop a good effective Vision and Mission Statement. These two are the most important tasks any organization will ever have, because almost everything that the organization does will affect these statements.

I think now that when I apply for any job I would be more interested in the organizations Vision and Mission Statement to make sure I understand the purpose of the organization that I would be representing.

Second, important Strategic planning gives a practice the structure to make day-to-day decisions that follow a larger vision

• State at least one recommendation on how to improve this course in the future. Explain in detail how this recommendation would improve the course.

“Recommendation on how to improve this course”for me it would be to have you as the professor sign in with your students into a chat room so that we may at least interact with you if we have any additional questions with our writing assignments instead of email?

Overall, it is a good educational course, however it is a lot to take in and some of the chapters are pretty long but if the students’ area of field is Business Management background then this class is very important to take to implement the knowledge and understanding of Strategic Management and Concepts. Thank you Professor.
