1. Analyse the external factors that influence your organisation’s development from an international perspective, using the PESTEL analysis and one other strategic tool.

2. Identify PESTEL factors in international business affecting your organisation’s employment markets? Critically examine how they are impacting on your organisation’s employment strategy.

3. Based on your analyses in questions 1 & 2 above, propose a strategy for your organisation that you feel would be better for its future.

4. Assess your organisation’s business survival and development against the backdrop of the international financial background and environment.

Title page Title of your report.
Executive Summary 150 word max summary of your whole report, including key recommendations.

Introduction Short (approx 300 words) introduction to the report setting out what the aims and objectives of the report are, what the report will cover and why.
Report Body/ Strategic Analysis Provide strategic analysis using appropriate strategic analysis tools/models such us PESTEL, Porter’s models, BCG Matrix, Ansoff’s Matrix, etc.
Conclusions This section should draw together the main points from your analysis of literature and research in your organisation. It explains / synthesises what you have learned from undertaking this assignment. It should reach an overall conclusion as to the extent and effectiveness of the company’s strategy within the international context.
Recommendations Make recommendations for improvement based upon your conclusions, clearly stating how they can add value to the organisation.
