In this type of learning the students get into groups to work and solve problems. By the students working together they learned to talk among each other and solve their problems. The students took this what they learned with them into society when they get older.

At Colombia Park Elementary School they used the award system. Correct answers were applauded. All of these schools have great qualities about them, qualities that I wish my children’s school had.

The principle doesn’t control leadership throughout the school. There is a team effort, they share responsibilities and everyone inputs not just the principle. By doing this the Administers aren’t the power source.
Parents are a critical part of the schools success. Parents and teachers work together. They are involved in the classrooms, and there is a weekly meeting with the parents.
The main thing these teachers do is shows each and every child that someone cares and that they are very important.
