This paper is based on the hospital visit

This paper is based on the hospital visit that we had in Toronto/ Canada , I have to write about a problem that I witnessed during my site visit and research on it. I went to Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto and I shadowed a Registered Nurse for 4 hours. the issue I witness was the amount of double work they were doing. everything was on paper. there was a paper called “nursing assessment flow sheet” that everyone was taking notes from. if it was on computer it would have been more time efficient. So what I need from my writer is to write 2-3 paragraph introductory about CVICU at St. Michael’s Hospital just background and how it works and then follow this points :
• Include an introductory paragraph, a rationale for why the topic is important using the
literature, and a summary at the end of the paper
• Provide a balanced argument for any issues discussed and include scholarly references for any
ideas that are not your own.
• Ensure to explain the “so what” and “why” behind your discussion, in a cohesive manner, as this
will form the main part of your analysis or critique.

The analyzing part is really important and big portion of marks is why I think having everything on paper and double checking and doing everything manually is a big issue for that unit ( time consuming, .. ). talking about nursing assessment flow sheet is important both pros of having it and cons of not having on computer other than paper.
