AS a senior leaders , sergeant major have a significant role in the climate of their operations especially when it comes to the area o stress. positive psychology and resiliency are powerful weapons in the army’s arsenal to help Soldiers ad leaders deal with stress and unproductive behaviors. The purpose of tis paper is for the students to demonstrate and understanding of the core concepts of positive psychology and resiliency factors.
