You are required to study a specific IFI (Travel Finance Ijarah Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank)that is used in any organisation. The IFI can be an Islamic fund, sukuk instrument, derivative instrument, Murabahah financing, working capital financing, mortgage and many others. As a minimum, your research report must address the following tasks:

• To document the structure of the IFI and all its terms and

conditions.

• To evaluate critically the permissibility arguments of the

instrument.

• To evaluate critically the contributions of the instrument towards providing liquidity and negotiability in the Islamic financial markets.
• To suggest any improvement to the existing structure of the instrument.
