Based on this set of requirements, design the new virtualisation and storage solution which should include but is not limited to:

• Physical server Specs
• Hypervisor Requirement
• VM analysis – requirements specs of the VMs & resultant H/W S/W for system.
• Network design for VMs
• Storage needs: Types, Design location & Connectivity etc.

You must justify the selection criteria and provide a rationale for your decision making process. All major decisions must be fully explained and potential alternatives outlined (pros and cons of alternatives given). The report should include both logical and physical (server specs, network and vendor) topology diagrams. Using industry best practice, your solution should be scalable, resilient and manageable.
