1- Patient Volunteer at Day Surgery Department of North York General Hospital (2015-06 to 2015-09):
Greeted patients, supplied snacks and refreshments after surgery, assembled patient charts, changed beds & escorted patients when discharged
2- Day Leader at Emergency Department of North York General Hospital (2015-09 to present):
Trained new volunteers, reported weekly feedbacks, filled shifts; applied Gentle Persuasive approach training (for dementia patients) when visiting patients, coffee cart rounds, escorted patients
