The place is open to all types of individuals with different problems and is dedicated in hoping to make each person’s life better not only for themselves but for the society as a whole. They accept patients who want to have a check up or consultation and they also accepts patients that need confinement. They confine people even if they are considered dangerous like those with psychiatric problems or have substance abuse issues. For children with mental and health issues, they accept confinement if they are between 4 and 11 years old and 12 to 17 years old. For adults, they accept all ages as long as the medical attention is needed.
