Research the business and the ethical crisis the company has faced. Write a background summary report of 1,000 to 1,500 words. Your report should accomplish the following:

1. Summarize relevant information regarding the business and its history.
2. Summarize the crisis. What stakeholders were involved? What actions did they take? What were the results of those actions?
3. Explain the legal and ethical issues surrounding the crisis.
4. Include a minimum of four academic citations.  Due 1/8/17

6) Craft a hypothetical social media policy statement for a fictitious company. This policy statement of 500-750 words should consider the legal rights and ethical responsibilities of all stakeholders. Provide contextual background explaining why a social media policy is needed.

7) Write a final analysis report of 2,000 to 2,500 words (including the content from Part 1 – Background). Incorporate relevant feedback from your instructor to revise the background portion of your report. Your analysis should addresses the following:

1. What elements in the company’s culture, the external environment, or other factors influenced the crisis?
2. What could the company have done to avoid the crisis in the first place?
3. How should the company have handled the crisis differently?
4. If the situation was handled well, what could other organizations learn from this company’s behavior?

Your final report should contain a minimum of six academic citations, including those submitted in Part 1 – Background.
