Primary Task Response: Within the Discussion Board area, write 400–600 words that respond to the following questions with your thoughts, ideas, and comments. This will be the foundation for future discussions by your classmates. Be substantive and clear, and use examples to reinforce your ideas.

You are trying to explain null and alternative hypotheses to one of the senior managers at Company W and he is not understanding the concept when you use snack food sales. Help him by thinking about a business problem in another organization or department. Formulate a null hypothesis and the corresponding alternative hypothesis that could be tested.
